Warranty, Return and Refund Policy

 Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not pleased with the item, or if the item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can help resolve the issue. At TrophySockets we stand behind our product, it is our goal to make sure our customers are happy with their purchase.

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees unless item was damaged upon delivery.

To start a return, contact us at support@trophysockets.com  - If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to prosses the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at support@trophysockets.com

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES: TOTAL LIABILITY OF ALL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL PRICE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SPECIFIC ITEM ON WHICH A WARRANTY CLAIM IS BASED. TROPHYSYSTEMS, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER SPECIAL DAMAGES SUFFERED BY CUSTOMER OR OTHERS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO TROPHYSYSTEMS, LLC GOODS SOLD,  FOR ALL CAUSES OF ACTION OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING TORT, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY AND BREACH OF WARRANTY)
